Reservation

Reserving an item is max. 3 working days and then erased reservation

Subject to availability

We operate physical store, therefore it can happen that a product has already been reserved or sold, making a purchase only finally upon receipt of a confirmation e-mail!

Payment

We accept the following payment cards in the store: Visa debit card and MasterCard. You can also pay via Transfer by purchase on the website – where you will subsequently receive a receipt.

For purchases from abroad during 1000, – DKR. a fee of 50, -Danish Kroner. (Bank fee !!) By bank transfer will usually take 1-2 business days before the payment is registered.

All used and antique items sold by current regulations for used items – so VAT not deducted by the buyer!

We deal in antiques and old things, and the rule is, goods are purchased as is.

 

Complaint

UPON RECEIPT IT IS IMPORTANT TO MAKE SURE THE PRODUCT IS CORRECT AND INTACT.

You must within 2 business days notify transport damage. Then we can not held responsible for transport damage.
Under no circumstances take a product into service until the claim is finalized.

Cancellation policy

You have 14 days returns period.

Period runs from the day you received the items. You must pay the costs of returning the items.

Condition to withdraw from the contract:
You must return the item in the same condition as when received and in a wrapper. The right of withdrawal lapses if you use the product in a way that reduces the sales value significantly.

Terms of return applies only for purchases over the web – And not by personal purchase!
